I'm really excited to share that I'll be competing on an upcoming episode of Landscape Artist of the year. Series 7 started on Wednesday 12th January and my heat is on Wednesday 9th February at 8pm on Sky Arts. You can also watch it on FreeView. I'm really nervous!
It's going to be a real challenge to transfer my intricate artworks into something that will work in the time constrained format of the competition.
For example, my entry piece for being selected for the programme (pictured here) took several weeks to complete. I'm going to need some fresh thinking to produce a brand new piece in 4 hours!
